murder.
Numbers 35:30 Anyone who kills a person is to be put to death as a
murderer only on the testimony of witnesses. But no one is to be put to
death on the testimony of only one witness.
Numbers 35:16 (American Standard Version) But if he smote him with an
instrument of iron, so that he died, he is a murderer: the murderer
shall surely be put to death.
If I read Exodus 20:13 literally, I shouldn't murder
anyone, no matter what. If there are exceptions to this rule, they
should have been listed next to it.
What if I only read Exodus Chapter 20 and didn't read any other parts of
the Bible? If this was the case, I wouldn't murder or kill anyone or
anything, just to be safe.
How can you justify someone murdering another murderer?
