Book Introduction
This Book is Part
of a Series and is Volume Number 4
One of the biggest problems I have with the Bible relates to the
information inside of it. We’re taught to believe, have faith and never
question, anything in the Bible, but that way of thinking doesn't make
any sense.
21st-century Christians aren't going to accept everything, like the
faithful followers, of the 20th, 19 or 18th centuries. Christians today
are tired of listening to religious leaders, who won’t tell them the
truth.
They want answers to difficult questions and if their leaders can't
answer them, then they won’t be sticking around. They're going to find
another Christian organization, who can deliver the goods.
Some of these questions and even their answers are obvious, while others
seem to slip by, without notice. For example, most Christians don't give
much thought to, the origins of God.
Heck, I didn't even give it much thought, until I was in my 40’s.
Well, have you ever thought about it, where God actually came from?
Sure, you can accept and believe, but it won’t do any good, if it isn’t
the truth.
I can’t figure out why Christians believe everything their told, without
questioning at least some of the goofy stuff?
Well, I'm here to put an end to it and get you guys thinking about the
things you we’re trained to believe, without ever asking why. It's the
truth, most religious followers, including Christians, rarely think
about their beliefs, faith or origins.
You wouldn't accept information from another person, if it hadn't been
validated, but Christians do it every day, with Christianity.
How do you know your prayers were answered?
How do you know everything is going to be all right, even when it hasn't
been for years and things aren't looking any better, today?
Why do we believe in God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, Holy Bible, biblical
stories and other information in the Bible, even though most of it has
never been validated?
I don’t know why.
If no one else is going to ask, then I will.
However, I'm not going to provide you with the answer, because I didn't
write the Bible. I'm not God, I don't know what Jesus looks like and
I've never witnessed the Holy Spirit, in action.
I'm going to ask the questions, but you need to answer them. It will be
entirely up to you, to do the necessary research and draw your own
conclusion.
You can ask for help and even bring these questions to Bible study, but
be warned, in advance. Most Christian leaders or egotistical Bible study
masters could be offended, because they lack the knowledge, wisdom and
understanding, to answer them, correctly.
Last but not least, don't accept anyone's answer, unless they can
validate them. One of the biggest problems with Christianity lies with
their inability, to answer difficult questions, with a simple yes or no.
