100 Things You Can Do To Change Your Life

By Greg Vanden Berge

Changing your life, usually begins with one thing, but figuring that one thing out, could take you the rest of your life. I've seen it before and I'm sure that I will see it again.

I've met people who worry about everything, even though they can't do anything about the things they worry about. I've also met people who want to control everything, but end up spending a lot of time, making other people miserable.

A Chinese philosopher said that a journey of 1000 miles usually begins with one single step. Think about it, one step usually leads to another and it usually isn't long before you're heading in the right direction.

This is the process that people use, to change their life. You can make a conscious decision to change your life or let your unconscious mind, control it.

You're probably not going to believe this, but a man died a few months ago who was 114 years old. He was the oldest living man on the planet, at the time of his death and I read a fascinating article about him.

The interviewer asked the old man, for some advice.

Do you have any tips for the young people today?

He said,” Always Embrace Change.”

This man lived over a hundred years and left us with this advice but how many of us will actually take it. Will you? If not, will you at least think about it?

This man inspired me to write this book, all we need to do is embrace change, when it happens, because everything usually works out, for the best.
