Before we get into
the book I would like to share something with you that someone shared
with me that I learned after I bought my first home.
“If you don't know
what you're looking at and you buy a house from someone who doesn't have
your best interests first, you're screwed.”
It might not mean a
lot right now, but if you don't know what you're buying or the people
that you're buying from, how would you actually know, whether you're
getting a good deal or not. I've learned the hard way and trust me, the
lessons I've learned will be embedded in my mind forever.
That’s what got me

home inspections with other people?

prevent one person from buying a home that would need over $50,000 worth

This book isn't
going to provide you with enough information to do your own home
inspections, but it should have enough information to prevent you from
purchasing the money pit.
I was taken
advantage of on my first home purchase at 21 years old by an
unscrupulous real estate salesman and it cost me dearly. This one
purchase, forced me into financial bondage and it's a lesson that I'll
never forget.
The years I've spent
working as a general contractor on some of these nightmares, has
inspired me to do something about it. I'm tired of standing by and
watching unsuspecting innocent hard-working people, getting taken
advantage of.
